Um, I'm in the Pacific time zone, it is 8:10 am and no update available thus far. I've manually checked, reset the system and everything. And I was hoping to check out the update for sandbox and story mode before I have to leave for work. :(

I'm in Mountain Time Zone and still no Wintermute on XB1 at 10:10 AM
