Levitating tree, sunk cattails and rose hips, weight inconsistency

Hello, I found some bugs and inconsistencies in the game I would like to report. Both bugs are in pleasant valley, Tree is located at lower falls, cattails and rosehips are in river between three strikes farmstead and draft dodgers cabin.

Also, I would like to question the weight problem with Bearskin coat, how is it possible, that you have input 2,4kg of materials(2x1kg cured bear pelt, 4x0,1kg cured gut) and output 5 kg bearskin coat? I would understand if the input was bigger as you cut here and there from the pelt and guts to make a finished product, but not the other way around. I guess you don't want to make the coat lighter(to be better than expedition parka), instead I suggest to make pelts heavier. The weight inconsistencies are with other craftable items as well, but this one is the most striking, as the final weight more than doubles in comparison to input weight.

How is this by design?

Dev- Hmmm game doesn't have enough floating trees and magical bearskin bedrolls....

Other Dev- You want to add those to the game?

Dev- No they're already in the game.

Other Dev- I thought those were just minor visual bugs.

Dev- No no no. It's by design.
