Look Around

I always forget to suggest this topic, yet I always think of it when I'm playing.

Looking around while a key is pressed (usually ALT) like seen in Codemaster's Flashpoint, ARMA or Rust.

This is essential IMO because strafing to look over the shoulders is just goofy, and I don't think it's too complicated to code  (please, if it is, let me know, I'm bad at coding)
