Unable to pick item up close to a door

  • Dropped can of dog food by a door is not pickupable
  • PC, Windows 10. G3258@4400MHz, 750ti, 8GB ram. 

 

As I am going through Coastal Highway for the first time I have a lot of stuff to carry so I drop stuff at whatever the closest building is to the area I am currently exploring. I'm glad this was only a can of dog food and not something critical. 

The video is pretty much self explanatory.
