Lake Region - Fishing Cabins V.365

There seems to be two copies of the "fisherman's" book on the outside of the door by a cabin at mystery lake. Unfortunately, I did not snap a pic, as I only discovered the item loot was a duplicate on my return to the office. So I am referring to the lonely cabin on the opposite side of the lake from the "Office" location. The fishing magazine can be picked up twice over.
