Graphical Glitch - Lake Overlook Location

I believe this can be duplicated, but have not confirmed this. 

This was at the topic of the lake overlook area in mystery lake that you can get to by either climbing the two mountaineering ropes, or coming around the backside, more so from the traintracks area. First time I found the area, thought I had discovered all of mystery lake before this. Great view when the weather is nice.
