Make calories stay on the screen

I want to know at all time how many calories i have left, but they always disappears, and appears when i eat food.

Is there a way to make it staying on the screen?

No there is not, but you can pull up your survival menu and at the bottom right it will show the amount of calories you have and how much you burn in an hour.
