Everything in the store area of QGS has respawned

Pilgrim, day 349, just passed 500 fires. I went back inside and it looks almost like the first time I entered. Sodas in the coolers, flares, cardboard boxes, firestriker. Dog food and condensed milk spawned as ruined. Is this a feature or a bug?
