I see from a recent run basically your main clothing warmth factor is the main thing you need to watch? windchill pretty much does jack?

example below my total clothing is +35c vs outside temp of total -25c yet it still feels like -3c. So what is the point of the windchill clothing bonus?

Your windchill cancels out the negative windchill only. Anything that is left after the math is worked out gets nullified if you have more windchill protection than what is needed. If you were outside and the windchill was -18C, then you would be feeling -3C from that. Which will combine with your other -3C to make you feel -6C.

So, it is correctly stating that you are feeling -3C.
