At Waterfront Cottages (In Coastal Highway, close to the entrance to Crumbling Highway) I came across a set of Quality Tools that was underneath the entry stairs to one of the burned down houses, and couldn't interact with it. The hoarder in me cringed at leaving it behind : ) Just a small bug but thought I'd throw it up here.
