No dot for toque at Whaling Station

I'm not getting a dot for this toque at the Whaling Station. I've tried different angles, crouching, but nothing. Fortunately for me, I already have a toque in good condition, so it's a minor issue, but still. Just thought I'd mention it.

I have no idea what this means. I'm afraid I'm not all that versed in programming lingo.
