Bow Can Be Fired While Inside Car

The bow can be shot while sitting in a vehicle.  This serves no actual purpose since the arrows simply bounce off the interior surfaces and are likely to break.  Not so much a bug as perhaps an omission.  But firing both the rifle and the flare gun while in a car is restricted, so I'm guessing it is not intended.

Also when hero takes a bow in hands he can look at rear windshield. By the way, it seems weird that normaly he can look only to the left and to the right and can't look back.
