Binoculars

Hello !
The other day, I was stalking a potential wolf at night, under the moonlight, trying to avoid it and come back home safely. Then I realised that having binoculars could dramatically help me in that situation !
Actually, with this tool, we could find safer paths to walk, outside... and it can have many other applications.

That's not a bad idea at all. The spawns for them are already there: Forestry Lookout, Abandoned Lookout, etc. Randomize the spawn location, maximum of one set per map (or one set per game), and vóila...
