Dave_75
Hello! Not sure if it's a good idea but why not have caves spawn when starting a new game? Or is it already the case? There are a lot of rocks on all maps, would be nice to have let's say 2 or 3 caves spawning here and there, just like bunkers. Maybe with a wolf or a bear in it, for the "surprise" and some stuff to loot... Would add some variety on maps without going all procedural. Another thing, but it's just a suggestion, would be to replace the clock UI element with a dynamic hourglass, as the clock is now pretty useless. So that time is shown by the sand running from one compartment to the other, at different speed/amount of sand, depending on the action your doing... Would be nice UI element I think.Regards.Dave. PolarBear70
I do rather like the hourglass replacing clock icon idea. It just feels weird seeing the clock always at 3 o'clock. The hourglass idea is nice because it's an abstract measure of time. And the hourglass can have a set time per turn (one hour per turn) or a dynamic/different amount per turn, depending upon if the amount of time something takes should be "known" upfront or not.+1 for hourglass
Dave_75
Thanks guys!Yes the always 3 o'clock feels rather strange, misplaced. One hour per turn for the hourglass seems nice tough, even if we keep that fixed, we could still estimate shorter amount of time by looking at it (one third of sand ran, approx 20 min passed, etc.).Well, would like to see that in TLD; will see
