Might be overthinking this, but the globes I've seen look to be tilted a bit too much... possibly as a result of Rudiger's contraption?

Do you mean the change of the earth's poles? I don’t think that the power of Rüdiger’s apparatus was enough for this to happen. For this to happen, a colossally large amount of electricity is needed! I don't think the power of the Carter Dam would be enough for this. But the theory is interesting, thanks for sharing!

If I'm trying to get a spawn, I've done this as well.  Once again, not sure if it's effective or not.  I will also take out some deer with the belief that they are "placeholders" for the moose and removing them, give a chance for it to spawn.

Have you already done this experiment with deer? I think deer are really a "placeholder" for elk. Since the day after killing the elk, four deer wandered in its place at once and they did not go anywhere!

As you walk up the slope to the tower, keep to the right ..about halfway up there's a ledge with a tree or two and a stump...  It's that stump ..the hitbox is pretty awkward so try nearer the bottom of the stump.

There are two ledges ,you want the higher one.

Thank you very much for the advice :3. But I had another problem with finding, this time the key and note for the hiding place. While exploring the valley of a quiet river, I discovered a locked suitcase (cache) in the “cave on the top” (next to the lake near the monolith). I had no idea where to look for the key, so I started looking for information on the wiki. It said that, quote: "note and key found atop the lower rope climb beneath Pensive Vista." I searched near the cables: near the first and near the second. But I didn't find anything! Maybe I was looking at the wrong cables? If anything, I have attached a piece of a map with the marked cables I was looking for. Can you please show where this key is located by marking its location on the map. Or just tell me where to go to find the key. Thanks in advance :3

How long were the fires for?  If it was just an hour you won't get any ..

Yeah, I haven't tried to nail down the specific rate of charcoal generation, but I know a fire has to burn for over an hour to get even one piece of charcoal, and I think the generation rate is maybe a bit less than one charcoal per hour of burning. That's why campfires and stoves you've been using for a while can get you big piles of charcoal, but that quick one you light to pull a torch from won't get you anything.

You get about one piece of charcoal every hour more if you put actual coal in as fuel just one piece almost doubles the charcoal fires regardless produce up to a max of 24 pieces

it’s worth mentioning though if you are not finding charcoal even in already burnt out stoves then that actually sounds like a bug most stoves give at least 1 sometimes 2 and forges usually give 4 or 5

    Thank you very much! :3

I haven’t been able to  find the cache for a long time (the one shown on the map)! I found a note about this cache in a ruined house near a farm in the Lonely Marsh location. I couldn't find this cache, so I started looking for information on the wiki. It said that the cache was in a tree stump. I searched all the stumps, but didn’t find the hiding place! Please send me a screenshot of this stump against the background of the swamp, so that I can find it. Thank you in advance! :3

  6. I have a PlayStation, if that's the case. This happened after the last update. The function “take charcoal” from the millet fire does not appear! There is simply no button! I lit a fire several times and waited until it went out to take coal, but it didn’t help! An attempt to build a fire and get coal was unsuccessful! I restarted my run several times but that didn't help either! I restarted the console, it didn't help. Maybe the lack of coal depends on the type of wood I put in the fire? Maybe I'm the only one who has this problem? Or is this problem only with the fire, and everything works fine with stoves?

  7. I couldn’t resist and decided to watch a walkthrough of the new fairy tale on YouTube, but in the end I only watched one video (apparently the ending). That moment when the main character walked up to the control panel and extended his hand to the device, and then lost consciousness. At that moment my brain simply “exploded”! I thought for a long time what happened and why did the main character faint? I think I have the answer! Perhaps when the character approached the device, a voice from the loudspeaker (let's call this mysterious person that) turned on the device remotely. But I'm interested in a more important question: where did the electricity come from to activate the machine? I can't answer this question yet :(

  8. I have an idea for bunkers! The fairy tale bunkers signal emptiness, these are old military bunkers left over after the war. Rüdiger equipped these bunkers as small laboratories. The fact that these bunkers have remained since the war is evidenced by their structure and location. The entrances to the bunkers are located on the slopes of the hills as if “hiding” behind them! This is done to avoid the shock wave from the explosion. The size and depth of these bunkers shows that it will take a lot of time to build such a bunker and such construction is unlikely to go unnoticed! Also, each bunker has a special device for communication between bunkers - a switch. Old cable telephone exchange. Judging by the number of plugs on the device, there must be more than a dozen bins!

Oh yeah, is very very real. The energy and what it does to GBI. I had to restart the tale once cause I goated down the wrong cliff. 😂😂😂😂. I've just got a few theories to discuss with you once you get finished. To me there's a massive connection between Wintermute and survival made in the mine and without knowing what happens there, it kinda spoils it. It's pure speculation based on dialogue but not everyone in Wintermute is who the appear to be. Someone is lying.

The theory about the history of the great bear is very cool! Also, when I went to Wiki, I accidentally found this (gallery section, look at your own risk!)

Oh but you were very right about the transmission sights and what the gadget kinda does, still don't know exactly. But the gadget was designed to send it's power or product to somewhere, the radio telescope is my only conclusion.

I was wrong about bad construction though. It was a dangerous place and the earth quakes were the real reason for instability. Notes confirmed that.

Have you finished yet? Can we get deep into our assumed facts and new theories?

Unfortunately, I have not yet made it out of the quiet river valley. I plan to start exploring during the main race. But the problem is that on it I have not yet fully completed the fairy tale - an empty signal. And I'm afraid of fairy tales overlapping each other.

I died trying to figure the rest of SV out in the new region. I had to restart this morning. So far I've gotten 1 bunker finished and about to head into PV for my second. While I don't want to spoil what I know so far from what I've seen in the region, I'll say this: abandoned uranium mine.

Unfortunately I was wrong, or it's a small plot hole! The Carter Dam is not connected to the Lankton Mine! This became clear from the note found on the dam in the second episode. The note said that the dam was supposed to provide electricity to a mine for the extraction of COAL and COPPER! The power line tower on the hill most likely belongs to another power plant.

    just like the title says.

    please
    pretty please

Totally agree with you! I have a long race, but I’m not going to finish it due to the lack of scurvy! Also, Raphael said that there is no scurvy in the current saves due to the fact that: “In the current long runs, players could also collect most of the products containing vitamin C.” But after studying the list of products containing vitamin C, I realized that among them there are endless regenerating products, such as fish. So please put scurvy in long runs in a future update! Please!

  13. So, the fourth part is out! So, it's time to confirm or deny my theories about the unit and the Carter Dam. But I’ll say in advance: “There will be no theories on new content in the next two weeks!” The fact is that I haven’t logged into the game for a long time and now I’m also in the valley of a quiet river. So I will only post the theory once I've learned new content! Also, if you learn new content before me, feel free to post your theories here! Thank you for your understanding :3!

  14. What device do you have? Did this appear after update 2.24? I have a similar situation with loading houses. When I leave the house my character first just stands still and doesn't move, then the loading screen appears (without the animal) then the animal appears and just stands still. After 15-30 seconds I finally leave the house. I have a PS if anything. And this problem appeared after update 2.24.

  15. After update 2.23 I noticed a lot of bugs in the game. I haven’t contacted support yet because I was hoping that they would fix it in the next update. I hope that these errors are corrected in update 2.24! :3
