I named all icons and locations for all region (except a few icons and locations on tiberwolf mountain) with charcoal and I explored %98 world. Unfortunately I died accidently and lost my whole game. For this trophy need single game play or if I play tiberwolf mountain on new save can I take take trophy? thanks
