Hibernia Processing trap

In Hibernia Processing, I fell to the large floating rib cage. I was done there so i decided to get out but i couldn't. The metal pole that would get me on the ramp was too high up. I had to climb spend about five minutes finding a way to get to higher ground and when i did i had to to a sort of sprint jump to get on the ramp.
