Hole in world

I was playing earlier in Desolation Point and suddenly I moved forward and started "falling" through the world. I could see the building I was in above me as I kept falling. I didn't die, but there was no way to get out of this, so I had to quit and reload.

The location was in the whale processing warehouse. I have attached a couple screenshots with coordinates. One of me below the world, and the other is where I fell in (crosshair is pointing at the spot I was in when I fell).

Location is roughly (-7.6, 1.9, -16.9) in the facility. You can see the coordinates once I "fell" were (61.4,-25927.2, -25).
