Sandbox center of mass/camera angle too low

I shelved the game for a few updates and came back to it.

Both with loading old saves and starting new games the camera angle is *WAAAAY* too low. It gives the appearance of my character being stuck in a crouch. Crouching is even lower (so she looks like she's high crawling/belly crawling along the ground).

This happens in three different installs:

1) Windows install on a Windows 7 system

2) Windows install on Linux (using Wine)

3) Linux install on Linux.

I uninstalled all three versions of the game and reinstalled them cleanly (including deleting the entire Wine bottle for Windows on Linux) and it's still happening.
