Collected Reishi Mushrooms on road to Farmhouse in PV.

Reishi mushrooms appear in my backpack but did not appear for cooking when I started a fire.

Tried multiple times and issue still not resolved after game restart.

You need 3 mushrooms to cook one cup of tea, which you will then find in your med supplies.
