Issues with Steam Controller

I'm on a Mac, and have a lot of issues with my Steam Controller and TLD:

  1. The "official Hinterland" bindings don't allow for anything except camera movement. So they are pretty much worthless.
  2. Mapping Left Shift to a button doesn't appear to work, so I can't run using the controller. I can map Tab & Esc to get menu and status screens.
  3. When opening an overlay/menu (status screen, inventory, even the main menu) the mouse pointer tends to disappear when the controller is plugged in, so selecting anything is next to impossible.

Official bindings with everything properly mapped would be a huge help.
