Bug when entering coastal house

I just entered one of the coastal houses near the gas station and got kind of a blank screen (see attachment).

Wasn't able to leave or move in the house so i just closed the game. Fortunately no save was done and i can still play on that save

I had the same issue, entering the Trapper's Cabin, ended up in the void...

I had a similar encounter.

I entered the Quonset Gas Station back door just after I stashed my rifle away. When I went in I found myself looking at a grayish white void whilst falling .

Not to die I quit the game and re-started it. Thankfully only a few minutes away.

It never happened again so I have no video nor screenshot to show.

This happened on PC with medium settings.
