Sandbox won't launch

I downloaded this game yesterday and it looks awesome. However, when I try to click on sandbox mode, nothing happens. All of the other buttons in the menu work. After looking through the forum I see that other people are having this problem even if they have already played and I have tried to locate the folder for the game but have been unable to find the folder. I am running Mac OS X. Any suggestions?
