Stuck in Timerwowolf Mountain

So I was exploring make my way up to the peak (or trying dont know if its possible) and I got stuck in right here. Now my character is waiting its death by freeze/exhaustion ... (I have plenty of food in inventory)

Cant sleep, cant start a fire... like in the movie, I know its gonna be painful and slow

Since there is no jump/unstuck is this considerd a Bug?
