I'm running The Long Dark on a Windows 7 PC. The fishing hut in Coastal Highway that is the second closest to the fishing village is invisible. I was walking in that direction and was thinking "hmm, maybe they removed a fishing hut because I don't see it." And then I saw a bunch of items floating in space - I guess the fishing hut is there but invisible?
