SithWizard Posted December 20, 2015 Share Posted December 20, 2015 One thing that bothers me is the fact you can just drop a torch and walk away from a wolf or bear and not have to worry about them. Sure animals are afraid of fire, but it's just a little torch not a bonfire. Which by the way a wolf could walk around to get to its prey. I think the torch swing would be more effective than simply dropping it in front of you. Maybe make the wolf or bear pause for a moment and either run off, charge around the torch, or stand there like they currently do. Especially for stalker mode there should be a bigger chance of them bypassing the torch.Another thing I see people do is starting a campfire between them and a charging wolf or bear. Ya figure it would take at least 5 minutes to get a campfire started...I consider these to be cheese tactics by players. As it stands if you have a torch animals are ZERO threat.
