Locked out of the Lighthouse

So I recently clicked on the lighthouse to get inside after a successful hunting trip. I went through the transition screen and ended up right back outside. Now, I cant seem to get inside at all. The Door icon is there, but when I click it, nothing. I tried sleeping outside real quick to see if that would reset something, but no dice. Help!

UPDATE - so my save didnt take when I slept outside, and reverted back to the one before my hunting trip. I tried going inside and out of the lighthouse without issue. However, I have to go get those deer again which kinda sucks.
