"Sticky" snow on road coming out of Rural Crossroads

When walking on the road out of Rural Crossroads towards End of the Road I found myself "sticking" several times, somehow blocked by the shallow snow on the road. Sprinting or changing direction allowed me to proceed

I don't remember this happening before.

I'm sorry I don't have coordinates because I finding my way out of Pleasant Valley was so hard I never want to set foot there again.
