I searched the forum and there is alot of discussion on the general topic but this issue annoyed me enough to make a post.

I really love the game but having to sit and watch a bar filling up when cooking / boiling water really annoys me.

I understand it needs something in place to pass time but I would love to be able to put steak on fire and do something else while its cooking. Like you can with skins and guts. Maybe if you leave it too long it burns!

The other thing that would be great is sitting in chairs. Maybe get a rest bonus when crafting.

I know they are small details but it annoys me
