"Safe house" spot that you like the most/least and why

After surviving for a few days in The Long Dark, you would want to settle down and choose a spot as your "safe house" (or whatever you prefer to call it), a place where you consider as your "base of operation" in game.

A safe house should feature or at least have easy access to the following:

bed

workbench

stove/fire place

There are many suitable spots to choose from, I'm curious to hear your choice!

Ok, I will go first

Most liked: Farmstead, Pleasant Valley

Why: clear field of vision, ample supply of game ranging from rabbits to bears at the doorstep, fairly easy access to firewood, loads of storage room, plenty of loot inside the house

Least liked: Trapper's homestead, Mystery Lake

Why: small room (although cozy), very limited storage room, isolated location, very few animals to hunt
