Repair percentage bug

When repairing a piece of clothing (for example my deerskin pants) the repair chance of success will appear to be 84% with my repair skill of 84. Then, when I escape out the repair menu, and re-enter it, the chance of success jumps to 100%. The time it takes for the repair to happen also changes. This has happened a few times already and I wasn't sure if I had too many beers and I was seeing things the first few times lol.

I have a similar weird thing going on with my Basic Wool Scarf. All my other clothing items have a 100% chance of success, while the Basic Wool Scarf chance of success always equals my current repair skill.
