Continuous freezing - every 2-10min

Hello,

I played the game for a good 4 hours today then (after dyeing my first time and having to start a new game) it started to crash. The image on the screen stays stationary even though I can still hear the game sounds (all except footfalls). I can press escape and hear the menu come up but the image on the screen does not change. I can move the mouse and hear it as if it is interfacing with the menu even though I cannot see it on screen. It does the same if I hit "I" to open inventory.

No matter what I do I cannot restore the game and have to end the process and restart.

I have:

updated my graphics drivers

updated windows drivers

validated steam files

started a new game

restarted my computer

running as administrator

dxdiag (both 32 and 64bit Dx11 - no issues)

System Specs:

Windows 7 professional 64bit SP1

Intel I7 2600K @ 3.4GHz

Nvidea GeForce GTX 760 - Nvidia 350.12 drivers

8gb Ram

Game Resolution: 1920x1080

Game install directory: Steam Default

Previous output_log stated that a lib file was missing from: E:\Steam\steamapps\common\TheLongDark\tld_data\Mono - there are no files labeled with lib in this folder
