Rabbit & Carcass Harvesting bug?

Has anyone else noticed that whenever you harvest a ptarmigan or rabbit while crouching, the new carcass harvesting animations don't play, and the old harvesting loading wheel plays instead? I'm not sure if it's a decision or a choice, so I haven't reported it to the support portal. I wonder if it might have to do with the animation glitching through terrain? Then again, that would require the animations to be played in the 3d world, and I think they're just 2d animations (specifically rabbits and ptarmies).

Thoughts?
