Wait, hear me out. We have a cooking pot, vegetable oil and potatoes. So, in theory at least, we have chips.

We have stock, and flour. So we have gravy.

What do chips and gravy need? Cheese!

And if you add cheese, what do we get? 

POUTINE! That's what we get. 

What could be more warming, or more Canadian? C' mon Hinterland. We want Poutine. Pretty please...
