Making Custom Loadouts/ and certain affliction

I think it would be nice to be able to customize exactly what items and you start with in custom survival. (Clothes,Items,weapons,etc) There is already a lot of customization but being able to start with specific items would be awesome

it would open the door to so many community challenges (if it was sharable via the code system)

 

example( you could make it where you start off with a revolver and 25 shells but leave weapon spawning off so you would only be able to have so much ammo or you would have to craft more) 

this could work with afflictions as well

example ( you start out bruises and  your bleeding from lacerations with little health and low supplies and have to find medical supplies)(similar to the start of Wintermute)
