New Harder Game Difficulty needed badly!

I know custom mode exists, but I still think a prepackaged difficulty mode would completely reinvigorate the Interloper runners of this game. And maybe that new difficulty level could add some unique features:

- only 6 (or even 3) matchsticks for each pack found.

- coal availability SEVERELY limited, even in mines.

- sprains not only prevent running but somewhat slows down regular walk speed, stacks with encumberance.

- pain mechanic may prevent you from seeing items in the periphery of vision and also prevent reading and sleeping.

- insomnia outright prevents sleeping.
