Kranium
Wineries & vineyards are common in BC. As is ice wine: Ice wine is a type of dessert wine produced from grapes that have been frozen while still on the vine. The grapes for ice wine must only be harvested when they are frozen naturally (still on the vine) and the temperature must be -8 C (20°F) or below when they are picked. Canada is the world's largest producer of ice wines, producing a greater volume of ice wine than all other countries combined. So one could conceivably find grapes still on the vines in vineyards here in BC, in the winter. And there could be some interesting possibilities from that, both in usage & new area concepts.
