Thought I could make it over this wooden fence.... Got stuck. Would like to jump in these cases.

I got stuck in the very same exact spot seen in this screenshot here. Did you press "ESC" and click "LOAD GAME" by any chance? It was something I was about to do but unfortunately I was a little too late. I ended up spraining my ankle while trying to get out. Therefore I had no choice but to start a whole new run! Before it never used to save your game if you get any injuries or any other afflictions regarding first aid. And that's why a new feature should be added to the game. Something called "Unstuck Player" seen from pressing the escape button.
