So I'm not sure if there is a bug or I'm just an idiot, but I'm stuck in the mine after getting on the second elevator and the spot where the detanators and bolt cutters are.  I can't pick up the detonators, and the bolt cutters wont work on the fence gate.  Nothing happens and I'm stuck in this little area.  I've reloaded countless times and yet everytime I go down that fence ramp to that section I always get stuck.  Any Ideas?
