PS5 Episode 4 Coming Storm, Cannot Progress After Completing Objectives

Hey all,

I'm just wondering if anybody else has had issues progressing after completing the Coming Storm objectives. All survivors have been rescued, all resources were submitted to the storage, Father moved to the podium on the stage. But, as soon as he moved to the stage, the game menu changed to say that only 2/3 survivors have been rescued, even though I can clearly see all three of them on their respective cots by the bathroom.

All side quests have also been completed. I've tried interacting with Father up on the stage from all possible angles, and even tried interacting with the survivors on the floor.

Ideas?
