Bug Report? New map

I was at the old sub station and a wolf came after me. I shot the wolf dead with 1 of my 2 arrows right at the gate of the old sub station (he died right between the 2 poles of the entrance to the sub station) and the wolf fell through the snow - I could not retrieve my arrow nor interact with the dead wolf. I'll grab a screenshot of the exact location and will post it.
