Can't assign capslock

I always use CapsLock to run. In this game nothing happands after in "settings → keys" I click on "run" and press CapsLock.

I also used to use F6 for save game and F9 for load game. Why can't I change it? It's very inconvinient to use F6 for load. I use MapKeyboard for remap keys, but It's requere system log off for applying. Relogin a system every time I play game isn't very convinient. So, please, add possibility to change save/load button and to bind capslock
