Hygiene and Wellbeing Concept

To make the game more realistic, a hygiene section could be added, with a range of different diseases (e.g. problems with handling raw meat without having soap to clean hands, cleaning hunting knives and hatchet, trench foot, blisters, eye problems if looking directly at sun etc.). Also being able to wash the body, clean teeth, check garments for unsanitary problems and clean those as well.
