Crash on Start up

I just downloaded the game via Microsoft store. However when I start it up, I see the logo of the game and then it goes back to desktop.

• I updated my windows to the latest version
• I updated my grapichs card to the latest version
• I installed the Update for Visual C++ 2013 and Visual C++ Redistributable Package

I tried looking for log files but I cannot find any in folders as instructed on the forum. Does anyone have any ideas what I could do to make the game work?

Increase the amount of RAM. 2. check compatibility mode with / and start with administrator

check if the file is blocked by antivirus / firewall

direct-X?
