Rabid dogs could be much weaker than wolves but still pose a threat to an untrained eye or a slow hand, and also just to provide an obstacle for loot. Or, nothing at all, depending on loot spawns. Make it a risk to explore the basement so that we think twice about it. Maybe even have a wolf in one of them. Speaking of wolves, I was also wondering if you would want to make all the black wolves of a similar health (some seem beefier than others) and then introduce a grey wolf, which would be harder to detect, and make it stronger. Or make the stronger wolves a lot bigger looking so you know how to handle them. I was also thinking we should be able to use smaller fish as bait to catch larger fish, but it should increase the chance of the lure breaking. The temperature's affect on your is accounted for in the fatigue meter i'm sure, but the softness of the wood due to the temperature is not.
