Fatigue balance changes

As I play the new map with the coastal highway map it is ever more difficult to travel and carry items, for example I find my self at 17:00 and I am very worn out to the point of where I can't carry anything, I go to sleep for 12 hours, wake up at 7 and within a hour of walking I'm at the point where I'm so tired I can barely run. Me and EternityTide were talking of this and we both agree there needs to be some balance in the new fatigue to carry weight system.
