Stuck on Episode 2 quest

I recently completed the quest where I grab medication to give to Jeremiah. I finished the cutscene in which I give the medication to him, when out of nowhere my computer hard crashes. I turn my PC back on and load back in. All the objectives in the quest are completed, but it is still tracking the quest, and I cannot interact with Jeremiah. Any fixes?
