Please help game glitched

So I was doing the grey mother missions and I completed it all and went up to Lily's trunk and got the climbing gear then I put the rope on the rock to climb down .. I died then clicked restart from last checkpoint and not save so it took me back to the cemetery mission before once I go back to the grey mothers house and she tells me to go up to Lily's room and get the gear it says the trunk is empty please help !!
