Freezing every few seconds - v. 125

In both dx11 and dx9, the game freezes about every 10-15 seconds, for about 5 seconds.

It is not isolated to certain types of weather or certain locations, and it did not occur before v. 125 (i was playing earlier today before the update and it was fine).

Happens on all graphics settings as well.

EDIT: After re-starting my computer the problem seem's like it fixed itself, I will test some more.

I have the same problem. when i restart my pc, the game dosen't freeze anymore. when i quit the game and load it again i get the freezing back.

Is this still an issue for anyone? Make sure to update your video drivers.
