I tried Graphics card upgrade,reinstalling,verifying the game cache and was try all the solutions that are on a link

Did you try verifying the games cache? It looks like you're missing a plug-in. 

What files do you have in C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/TheLongDark/tld_Data/Plugins/ ? Do you see AkSoundEngine.dll?
